Feet off the Floer!

The video demonstrates various HIIT exercises for a full-body workout, targeting the chest, back, abdomen, legs, biceps, buttocks, and more. What’s good for the body is also good for the mind, and you can do this HIIT workout at home or outdoors. Since you don’t need any equipment, there are plenty of options. Want to challenge yourself? Use floor components such as subfloors or floor suits that are still lying around to acclimate. These exercises are suitable for both beginners and experts, so come on, and get moving!

Have you been inactive for a while or would you like to start working out at home? Follow the schedule below! Aim to hold each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Get fit with Floer and repeat this workout 3x times a week.

    1. Squats
    2. Front lunges without weight
    3. Push-ups
    4. High to low plank
    5. Low plank arm extended
    6. Kick sits
    7. Cardio circuit training

Are you a pro? Try doing it like this!

Do you exercise intensively and want some variety? Or do you want to challenge yourself with a schedule designed for pro athletes? If you have Floer parts lying around, use them as parts of your cardio circuit training, or use sub-floor rolls to make your squats more challenging. Do each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by a 15-second rest before starting the next exercise.
